If someone has a dental emergency, because there are, you know, two dentists here, we’re hopefully we can try to see you that same day or the day after. The biggest thing with the dental emergency is reassurance. But also, we want to get you in right away so we can assess what’s going on. And the biggest tool is A, if you’re in pain, getting you out of pain. And B, if you have an infection, getting you on an antibiotic and just reassuring you, you know, it’s going to be okay. We’re going to get there. Or it’s, you know, pointing you in the right direction. If this tooth needs to be extracted and it’s a difficult one, then maybe it’s, you need to see the oral surgeon. But we’re here to kind of set up and come up with a treatment plan for you. Because a big part of a dental emergency is the kind of anxiety of like, all right, so what are we going to do next, you know? And we’re kind of here to relieve that, relieve the pain, and also relieve the anxiety of how to handle the situation.
